Meet Gary Chef / Director of Salt Kitchen
As a Banbridge native, Gary brings a deep-rooted passion for his hometown to the pass daily. His journey with Salt Kitchen began in July 2016, when he stepped into the role of Head Chef, quickly becoming the driving force behind the restaurant’s award-winning modern Irish menu.
Gary’s commitment to Salt Kitchen’s success went beyond the kitchen in October 2020, when he became a Shareholder and Director. Today, he balances his culinary creativity with a leadership role, ensuring that every dish celebrates the local produce and seasonal flavours that define the Salt Kitchen experience.
